This comes with a Landmark ploppable and a growable C$$ lot.
Lot size for Plop is 5x3 and Growable version is 4x2.
It costs 100 to build, 10 to demolish. Very low pollution levels and
10 energy/3 water consumption.
The growable version provides 20 Low Commercial Service jobs and 5 Medium Commercial Service jobs.
I couldn't make a C$$ Ploppable lot because SC4PIM(X-tool) doesn't work with my Windows 7 64bit SP1 system. If I find a solution to this problem, Ill update this file and include a C$$ ploppable lot.
