Are you rendering the game on Hardware settings or software settings? I had the same lag problem but changed the settings to software and it runs much faster now. I would also recommend you restart your computer every once in a while, or defragment it.

I'd like to see a decent Trump Tower made: There are quite a few on the STEX, but either they're poorly textured, or just bad looking.

Oh boy, it looks like you're missing dependencies! You have to download those externally, first off, what lots are these?
