Great, another money mod, but this one is different. Instead of normally starting of with 100k on hard mode you start off with nothing, forcing you to take out a loan or spam the 'weaknesspays' cheat (but where's the fun that?).

Just start a new city, pick hard, and you'll start off §0. Nothing else has been changed about hard mode other than the starting funds.

Installation:
-Just drop the .DAT file into the Plugins folder like you've always done before.

Uninstallation:
-Delete or move the .DAT file outside of the Plugins folder.
