About This File

Jack In The Box
----------------------------

Jack In The Box is an American fast-food restaurant founded by Robert O. Peterson in 1951 in San Diego, California, where it is still headquartered today. In total, the chain has 2,200 locations, primarily serving the West Coast of the United States. California is the state with the greatest number of outlets, followed by Texas, Arizona, Washington, Nevada, and the bi-state St. Louis metropolitan area. Since 2000, the company has also opened outlets in North Carolina and other Southern states. The company also operates the Qdoba Mexican Grill chain.

This was requested for me to bring the STEX a Jack In The Box, and since this design seemed simple, yet modern enough, I got interested. The pure model and reference image is included in the screenshots.

.zip contains a ploppable LM and growwable CS$ version. The ploppable Landmark IS Transit Enabled, and fits very well on a corner lot. Also being a 2x3 lot size, it's the smallest out of my 3 latest burger joints. So it'll be easier to fit in your cities. Growwable is the same lot size.

Installation:

Unzip or extract the files and place them in your plugins folder. Ploppable will show up in LM menu, while the growwable will grow in the low density family.

Uninstallation:

Bulldoze all instances of your Jack In The Box in your cities and then remove the files from your plugins folder.

Main Specs(LM):

LotSize: 2x3
Jobs: No
NightLighting: Yes
LM-Effect: default
PlopCost: $110

Main Specs(CS$):

LotSize: 2x3
Jobs: Yes
Density: Low
Worth: 250
PowerConsuption: 6
WaterConsumption: 0
Family: All

Dependencies: Of course not.

Now this one I like! Your other lots were a little too big for my taste. Wonderful job! 5/5

Normally I think your textures are a bit too clean, but in this case I think that serves the building well. Nicely done.

Good work! Once in a while, my Sims get tired of McDonald's and Burger King, and they want something different. Besides the fact that it adds more variety, the BAT itself looks good.

I agree with Shanethemain, this is really nice to have a smaller Jack in the Box, the other one was a bit too big, but still good, thanks, I will defiantly use this.
100/100 as usual, thanks.

Too weird a hybrid, me thinks. Jack in the Boxes quit being built with a full "cube" years ago (the one closest to the college uses a basic "flat" panel, though some newer ones (early 2000s) used cubes (Bastrop, TX). Never seen one with the new logo AND a "cube", though

Ha, well you are wrong, I found one of these on 410 on the north side of San Antonio, built just like this, only in a white color. Jack N the Box builds in all types of ways, not all of them look the same.
