@Commander General Laurens -- Readme is included. Use just like any other terrain mod; if you are using SimMars, place in the SimMars Plugins folder; for regular SC4, just place in the SC4 Plugins folder.

This is a very good mod, however, on simmars it won't seem to let me use it in combination with the brigantine water mod. Any suggestions?

it makes regular simcity crash! but nice mod anyway
