This is another water tower, this time a much larger one. The design is the one I have noticed for most recently built water towers in my area.
It provides the same amount of water as 3 large pumps, but at the cost and in the amount of space of 2. Economies of scale. If you have the need for capacity, this water tower will prove to be an efficient option for growing cities.
