Hi!
This building is a simplification of the Hotel Senator in Gran Via, Madrid, Spain. It's been rearranged to fit the proportions of a 2x2 SimCity building and it is meant to be used in a wall to wall block. It includes three versions, CO$$$, R$$$ growables and a ploppable landmark with more than 300 CO$$$ jobs.
