Hi!
This is another building from the Spanish capital, located at the crossing of two of the main streets in Madrid: Alcala and Gran Via. This one is an office building and a lesser tourist attraction, so the ploppable version provides around 750 CO$$$ (I consider tourism, leisure and trade as a kind of transit as well, so I tend to set the number of jobs over the reasonable size-occupancy proportion). The model is a corner-version, since I appreciate being able to plop nice-looking façades at my diagonal streets. I'd have uploaded a mirror version as well, but I have a big problem with my textures, B.A.T. and mirroring (they turn around unsanely!) If someone kindly wishes to help me with that, I'd eternally thank him.
