I really like the roof! Great job! but the whiteness could be tone down a bit.

4/5 since the side where the features are located will W2W and look odd.

Great little building. Zahrul3, I think you're wrong about the w2w looking weird. There is space to spare at the base and on most of the tower portion so the windows will have space between them and any neighbouring w2w building. The only thing I would suggest would be dirtying up the yellow islamic style tower. I think it's a little too clean.

It has an interesting design, and I like the 1x3 lot size variation.

Got to be the best 1x3 R$$$ lot I've seen.

The only thing I think you could do is replace the yellow tower-top thing with glass and have the whole thing light up at night! Unique!

Like I said in the thread, marvelous model. I love the design and the roof and sidings looks great! However that tidbit i pointed out seems to have remained. The stairwell leading to the roof remains wide open. So then what happens when it rains, or snows? :P 4/5

Snows? In Thailand... really what will happen? Pigs will fly, I guess... The only things that tick me off a bit are crude black lattice and odd looking material on the dome.

Looks interesting. I have to agree with the comments on the dome needing some sort of texture change. Also perhaps some subtle lighting shining up from the base of the dome. It is the main focus of the building. Finally where the glass area in front meets the main building box, it looks unfinished to me. You are improving, thanks for sharing.

These grow like weeds in my cities, not only does it overgrows, it also tends to break up into 3 1x3 lots taking over my 3x3 R$$ lots. It is becoming so unbearable that I might need to delete this. It's a shame.
