Those night-lights are the most amazing ones I have seen yet, and I like the shape of the whole building a lot! Outstanding work, 5/5

The shape is inspired from ICC HK, you have generally very nice skills and very steady in quality. However, you seriously need to do something about underscaling (all background buildings are more accurately scaled with same size or larger windows, except Simgoober's Atlas/Cumberland residential towers which I removed in all my cities since they look overscaled and grow like weeds and keep split up large lots into 1x3s). No rating from me.

I loe the attention to detail on the nightlighting, very retro, I think I'm in the 80's again...

Love it, definately something that could be seen in Hong Kong or even Miami. Shame all cities dont vary the lights on all their tall buildings instead of the norm, white/yellow. Would make all places much more interesting

The base does look a lot like the ICC! It's definitely an interesting building though, you did a great job with the lighting - from what I can see the base looks exceptionally cool. Not sure why kendiecasttsoi's comment is getting rated down though, he does have a valid point.

Awesome building one of my favorites!

I checked this out in game last nite, and wow, very lovely. It really goes with my CC1000's and Amethyst Hotel in the heart of my downtown. Lovely

umm how come it doesn't light up at night? I have the Day n Nite Mod.
