This zip-file contains a small hut.
Lot size is 1x1.
There is a folder called "zzzNBVCSnowHut" in the zip-file. If you remove this folder, you will have the hut without snow.
All plopped huts will automatically change to the version without snow.
The hut is located in the park menu.
