Todays maps are courtesy of a request by GMT of a very large area of the Los Angeles basin, Thanks GMT. These could be joined in one really large map.
This part includes a little of everything, some beachy seaside stuff down to Dana Point, some hardy mountain sim country with Santiago Peak topping out at 1733m, plenty of the flat land and smaller hills for mountain development.

This is a real world map and was produced with dem and satellite data. It requires Wouanagaine's mapper or terraformer to import it into SC4. It's in 16bits and .SC4M format. It is terrain and scale accurate. It measures 73.728km x 49.152km.
A free readme is included containing links and instructions.
