Big C, there are no dependencies. I double-checked the lots in SC4Tool, and apart from good old bldgprop1 and bldgprop2, these lots are dependency-free. So your brown boxes aren't from this upload...

As always, your stuff is a must-have in any plugins folder! You can never have enough variety with low-density commercial buildings.
