Just FYI, "out" lot means that this building will never appear entirely on its own. It requires a so-called "anchor" building to grow first, and then it can grow on free tiles adjacent to it. This is a scheme Maxis has used for all its industrial buildings, so this BAT will integrate itself into the game as if it were a Maxis warehouse, i.e. it will accompany factories to simulate an industrial complex.

This is a really great lot but it would be nice if it were plopable.

I wish I could find something like this --- but ---- ploppable without need for water; because finding small usable dirty industry for villages and small towns is so difficult!
