Looks great, and thanks for the FileFront link, the STEX is indeed being slow lately, at least for me (takes 5+ minutes for anything at all to happen after I click the download button on the STEX). Anyway, this will probably be 5/5 after I try it in game.

You surely are my favourite Spammer ;). Slowly my 'really democratic' (as in concrete for all) town is taking shape. Nice idea with the optional link, might be really helpfull for some folks.

glenni? tell me why this 3x3 lot is stage 3. I dont want this popping up in my low density neighborhoods. Just a suggestion, and it was an isue with a couple other prefab lots, make it a stage 5.

rushman5: i've not had any problems with it, i made it stage 3 because it's realistic for small towns in an early stage to get such buildings in a bigger lot, and it won't take over low density neighbourhoods as long as you don't zone High density....
