This BAT is based on the 52 story Two California Plaza, located in Downtown Los Angeles, built in 1992. It includes both a growable and ploppable version. Both versions are on a 4x4 lot, and both provide 3400 Co$$ jobs. The ploppable version costs $45,000 to place. This BAT requires no dependencies. Sorry for the long delay, enjoy!
