About This File

Salam! Hye!

So, yes, this is my Third Building / Lot !

It is an office that suits the suburban and rural environment made by me.

Yes! It has No Dependacies! You can find it in landmark menu.

I tried to make it RCI ploppables but still, I got so confuse and just decide to upload this lot as landmark instead of RCI plop. So sorry. :(

Can anyone give me instructions of Functional landmark (not from omnibus) I can't understand to be honest.

Just simple instructions like 1, 2, 3 and 4 etc.

Ikhwan

Well, well ,well!Very good Buddy!!You make bats fast as a machine!4/5 to you.Why 4?Because the only complaint is the roof texture, its too clean, and the roof is a bit "empty" if you undesrstand what I mean..A few roofjunk will be good on your next BAT.

lol "fast as a machine". i thought of making roof junk too, but in the place I live, that's how building looks like. Its really rare to see roof junk with that kinda roof. Maybe i should make antenna though. :P

You're right, an antenna or maybe some kind of chimney would be all that it needs. For the rest, very nice and well done. In relation to what we've seen here on the STEX recently: 5/5. For technical help on 'how to...' you could take a look here: https://www.sc4devotion.com/forums/index.php They 've got some very good tutorials.

my only problem with this has been mentioned, and i would love to help with the functional landmark thing, but im just getting to grips with it myself and i have to use the omnibus. I do suggest SC4D, like the link above as they are a good site. 4/5, and very good for a third BAT. well done.

Could use a front door, climbing throu windows is not practical. Btw, R Ploppable is NOT possible.

THIS COMES YOUR IMAGINATION. There are no front door, there are actually an elevator ON THE LOWEST FLOOR! So the sims can "CLIMB" up. Sim city can't view it from front view. BUT I KNOW. CAUSE I'm the CREATOR.

This is a nice looking building, especially for a third attempt. You are right, a roof of this design would not have roof junk except maybe a few plumbing vent stacks. A nice entrance is needed though. 4/5

Thanks Thomas. I'll wait, and to rewright, thanks for your comment, I'll try to implement that the next time. New Building under progress, and its 8 stories high. Suits suburbs, i guess.

rjamesp: It's not nice to spam every other upload to ask for something. At least go to a request page in the fourms. Anyways: Nice! Your commercial BATs are so good! Keep up the great uploads! And for your question: Should I upload a gMax scene? If you want, you could include that in your upload. Nice work! :)

JLAAPRTM (cool name) :P its not a spam really, not that way. I think its easier to ask question this way (easier to me). Sorry if you think its a spam. btw, more uploads are coming another building already textured and begging to be released. haha. :)

Do you think that the next upload will be ploppable rather than landmark? I'd give that an absolute 5/5 if you did.
