Yes, its a New York style but to me some buildings like this was made in the late 1920s. There are also a lot that are also made in the 30s. To me New York and Chicago buildings are so much a like in the early years of building skycrapers

Cockatoo. For some reason, the SC4 New York-style buildings tend to be very art deco, while these types of buildings tend to be more Chicago (in SC4. In reality, there are tons of buildings like this in Manhattan. And mylife.103, this type of building may look gritty to you, but they are common in NYC and expensive, LOL.

The floor layout is rather odd (specifically the square bit on the corner), but it is nice to see this finally released. I really love the window variation. There are some tings I'd would have fixed, but if it helps you find peace knowing that it is "done" then I don't blame you =P I know there are a few projects of mine that haunt me!

Despite some harmless flaws as mentioned, I couldn't help notice how much you have improved over your last 2 uploads. Commendable!

Ooooh, I like this one. I think this doesn't mark the peak of your abilities yet, you have even more talent, but still it's a very nice building and a valuable addition. The Chicago tileset is often neglected, especially in the residential department. I can't thank you enough for your great contribution to filling this gap. More, please!
