Do you want to have christmas spirit in your city? Theres no better way to do it than with a large christmas tree in your town square.  This Particualr Tree is a 35m (115ft) Tall Noble Fir Tree, and comes on 4 diffrent lots:

  • Plain Tree on Plaza Lot (1x1)
  • Plain Tree on Grass Lot (1x1)
  • Tree With Presents on Plaza Lot (2x2)
  • Tree with Presents on Grass Lot (2x2)
The plaza lots are desgined to be used in a city square while the grass lots are desgined to be roundabout fillers as shown with the Plain Tree Grass Lot:

However they can be used anywehre you want

 

Here Are Some Stats (They are the same for all the lots)

  • Monthly Cost: $10
  • Power Use: 5
  • Water Use: 5
  • Landmark Effect: 30 over 30 tiles
  • Park Effect: 30 over 30 tiles
  • Pollution: None
  • Flammability: 50 (Live Christmas Trees are Nortoriusly Flammable)

I made the presents because the tree in my city has some that are similar. Theres a version included that doesn't have them.

really nice, i would have preferred the presents to be at various angles but other than that, brilliant. (i noticed you didnt go OTT on the decorations, nice and tasteful)

it's really nice, what would have been even cooler was if you find someone to make both of them a standalone ploppable flora model, that would be awesome! 5 points
