Thanks for the help! I will defragment my disk. I don't know if it makes any difference but a while ago i rebooted my computer to factory settings so I don't know if that is necessary. Also, I have way too many plugins and dependencies now to go one by one so, I might just start hunting all over again. : ) The odd thing is that it's only with some of the transportation pieces like the rail and road. No other thing causes lag to my game. Well, thanks again. Quick question, since I have a download version of the game, is there a way I can uninstall and re-install the game without having to buy it again? Maybe that will fix the problem.

This is such an amazing city! It must of taken a lot of engineering creativity to design it with all those tunnels and waterways.  Great Work!

Yes, that is what I mean. Im not sure if the problem could be caused by a terrain texture (I currently have the Olympic terrain mod) or something else.

Yes I do. When I first downloaded the game, I used the same plugins I had when I used to play with the disk. (I uninstalled the game for a while.) I had the same problem so, I decided to remove all of them and start all over. My first plugins where the NAM, RHW, NWM, and the SAM. I had no problems then. So I doubt its caused by any NAM team mods. The strange thing is lags more in some parts of my city than in others. Also, I barely re-started the game so I have no cities, therefore, I doubt it's due to having a big city.
