This shouldn't be locked. It's a legitimate model...

The staff of simtropolis didn't locked that other model. It was the owner. So why should this be locked?

I compared both of these on the stex...the only difference is how the textures are applied.

i really want this building in sc4, but the google earth based model really didn't look good in the game, and the LODs were kinda messed up, making it difficult to demolish and making it stand out in the city. if this is the same as the other one (which it looks like), that's unfortunate... someone should try modelling the building in BAT!

Is there someone out there actually modelling this building instead of taking it from Earth? I have the previous one (the locked one) in my city just for a lack of a better BAT. Anyway, it was great you've uploaded this. Have you tried to BAT it yourself? Make it your own :P

So... My zip download has no lot file. No lot ..no can place in game. Is this what you wanted the public to have? Or did I just get a bad zip.

Chill out. No need to be up in arms about google models. Someone put this model up on the STEX over a year ago for anyone to use.

guys, check sten1700's upload history. He's already uploaded the 3d model for the building, this one is that with textures. Therefore, this is perfectly legit!

is this model bugged like previous version? The version I have had a bug on one corner of the darker part of the building.
