oh you have a Mac.. use Stuffit to open the zip, place the files in Maxis/Simcity/Plugins

Fantasic work, this will make a great edition to my coastal communities. Both pencil towers are expertly designed and will have and overall effect on major neighborhoods. Sometimes it's the smallest (and tallest in this case) touch that can perfect that bustling gigalopolis theme. Thanks for creating them!
