About This File

This my new lot, a rubber and tyres factory for a industriall wastland. The bat was make by GaryReggae (avaible on the LEX)
the lot contains a parking and a zone of load around the factory.
There is a plop version with jobs and a grow version included in the zip.

The bat is inspired of the Brynmawr Rubber factory, demolished in 2001.

Dependance: see the Read-me of the Grow and plop version (same differencies)
You must have absolutely necessary the BSC MEGA Props GAZ vol 1, avaible in the LEX. (search GaryReggae)

Earth quake
The zip does not contain the .desc of bat. therefore it is inevitably necessary to download BSC MEGA props GAZ vol 1 for have the model and the desc of the bat. I have just relotted the bat and CasperVg has made a grow version and plop version with job. It's a new "exemplar" of the bat. Therefore different from that on LEX. here is I hope to have correctly answered you, but I don't know if what I said is really very clear (I have a bad English)

The model is not included so there is no problem with this lot. Providing that the model is not included anyone may lot/relot BATs without asking permission from the original creator. You must download the prop pack otherwise you will have a huge brown box.
