Now this doesn't deserve a 2.0 (Adequate) rating, this is a lovely creation! It deserves a 5 for sure.

Thanks for the non-CAM version. I play the CAM but am waiting for the upgrade to version 2 to really go hog wild on CAM again.5/5

will62russ, just download buggi's extra cheats .dll file and you can plop any lot you want - this eliminates the need for BATters to offer two versions of the file. Great textures and lighting on this BAT. Whoever gave it a 2.0 is cracked in the head.

Great BAT! If only it was twice as high, it could be one of the skyscrapers in Tulsa, OK that I need! ^^^Thinly disguised BAT request^^^

There is a larger 2x3 version included with a nice restaurant in the 'backyard'. It's also that version which requires most of the dependencies. Take it or leave it, but do not complain about it. It's useless, my work will always contain quite a lot of dependencies ;)

I love the modeling - great job, but on a technical note shouldn't a hotel like this only provide a couple of CS$$$ jobs (like the upper management) and then a few more than that as CS$$ (middle management and supervisors) and then a whole stack of CS$ (cleaners, clerks, doormen, etc)...? That sort of stuff is important for a city simulator I think?

CSGdesign, that kind of stuff is already integrated in the simulator with the use of Census Drives (Demand of Workforce). A CS$$$ building for example with 100 jobs creates demand for: 8 R$$$, 30 R$$ and 62 R$ sims. More information about this can be found in the SC4 Strategy Guide by Greg Kramer :)

I'm done with complaining about dependencies if I want all these BSC bats, so I downloaded all the dependencies, but it only shows how great Bixel is! LOL
