About This File

Princes House is a non descript little office building near Ravelyn Park in central Portsmouth. I walk past this all the time and I always thought it's boxy shape would be a nice easy one to model. And it wasn't. It wasn't exactly hard but I got annoyed with the little fiddly bits, the dimensions, and thay bloody roof garden... guh... I also fixed the clock which the current tennants of the real thing don't seem to be capable of doing... seriously, how much effort would it be to replace the missing bits? It just looks stupid at the moment with only 3 of the hour markers. But I digress... download the thing, leave your appreciation/hatemail and enjoy.

Princes House fits on a 2x3 ploppable and growable lot with 660 CO££ jobs.

"Good. Use your aggressive feelings, boy. Let the hate flow through you." Lol, all star wars quotes aside this is a pleasant little building, I appreciate all of the pain you went though to make if for us, and it W2W to boot. Great job!

I like this, I like buildings with brick and the white towards the top, whether it is stucco or cement. Good job with this one. The roof is also nice. i will say the windows are not as good as they could be. All look the same and the nightlighting is maxed out with no lights OFF windows. cmon you should know this :D Overall great job! 5/5

I used to walk past this building as well. Ugly piece of architecture, IMO, but for some reason it looks much better in SC. Great job!

Pretty nice. To me, it looks like a rehab from a factory to a condo building. So it would be better as a residential lot.
