Only problem I see is that the neon lights don't work for me, but otherwise, amazing!

i have a box with a tie covering the neon light... i waited for a few mins but it is still not going away, i used the green one btw, and what should be in the plugins? i got 6 files...

I LOVE having this in my cities. It's so practical, and it saves a lot of space. I love the color options.... but for some reason the night lights don't show up in my game? Can someone help me?
