About This File

Hello,

Included here is three different versions of a rowhome.

- Regular
- With graffiti
- With weeds

These rowhomes are used in my low wealth areas of my SC4 city.

Maximum of 21 occupants
R$ 1x2
Growable ONLY

I am not sure if the base texture is Maxis. I am pretty sure it is. Please leave a comment for me if it isn't!

Thanks and Enjoy!

they will fit very nicely in my low wealth areas near my industrial waterfronts. I must agree with mrbisonm though regarding your roof texture. Otherwise, very nice.

Hmmm... First thing I noticed when I saw this building was the strange roof. The texture is a bit too shiny-looking for a house, but if you are going for a metal roof, then that is fine. For some reason, the texture stretches weirdly around the base of the roof and becomes for confined at the top. You can fix this by using a UVW modifier, which is also needed for the walls, as their texture is too cramped-looking...

... Also, you may want to vary your night windows, by which I mean make it a random selection, not all-top no-bottom. Some extra lights like omnis might look pretty nice on the outside of your house, as you can see in the building to the right of them. I hope you can take these suggestions - although the modeling is great and detailed. 6

I don't think the roof is metal... Slate maybe? Need some porch lights over the stair, well at least one or two and I have to agree with the lighting comments, it needs some variety, color/brightness to help with realism. Tone down the crispness of the roof, especially if the building is run down. Thanks for sharing.

Good, could be better. I have to agree with the assessment of the roof--it just looks too weird. If you darken the texture on future models it would probably help a lot since stuff always looks darker in gmax than ingame.

Hmmm why does the roof have to be shingle? A flat roof, such as the one in the building to the right, works just as well...

Very nice job over all, even the slate roofing. The only thing I see that needs attention is the lighting, but that is really a minor issue. "9".

Pretty nice. I can't quite tell what the roof is, but overall it's a pretty nice BAT. 8/10.
