Modern Terminal Limited, South China continues to develop at a rate exceeding expectations. We are therefore proactive in looking at our processes and workflow in order to remain effective and at the same time offer more value-added services. This has contributed to improved cargo flow through Hong Kong and throughout the Pearl River Delta.
Because we are an active part of the logistics supply chain, we help create better transport solutions and contribute to making our customers' products better and more competitive.
Our logistics approach is to improve all the processes involved, not just for Modern Terminals but also in collaboration with other players in the market. As such, Modern Terminals has taken the initiative in many ways to drive the market forward. For example, via the ModernPorts one-stop electronic platform we have simplified processes and now provide more real-time information about container movements.
Having pioneered the first purpose-built container terminal in Hong Kong, Modern Terminals maintains the view that it is essential to continue to provide the world's best in facilities and equipment if we are to be the number one company of choice in the industry. Our logistics operation provides our customers with an ever-improving service but this must be supported by a physical system that can cater for increasing business and also offer an efficient through-train approach for inbound and outbound container movement.
The HK MTL and the 2 Container Yards are meant to provide greater seaport realism and are complimentary to PEGs Seaport Package.

Simply unzip the content of this archive into your plugins folder and delete all the lots you don't want.
It is generally recommendable to unzip the entire download into a backup folder first and then copy only those files that you want into a sub-folder inside your main plugins folder. This procedure makes it easier to keep full control and leave out files that are not required in game, such as this readme and the screenshots.
In case you are looking for any .SC4desc files, these have been merged with the associated lot files to reduce clutter. Due to the individual names of each lot, I needed one desc per lot anyway, so this method suggested itself.
To uninstall a version you don't like, just delete the lot file from your plugins folder.
IMPORTANT: If any instance of the lot in question has already grown in one or more cities, first bulldoze all instances of that version in all your cities, then save the cities and exit. Now you can safely remove the version without running any risk to experience crashes or any other inconvenience.
