Nice improvement from the other one. For future reference in the description put in what the lot is. AkA Growable,ploppable,Residential $,$$,$$$,Commercial $,$$,$$ Office/Service , or Industry Ag,D,M,HT as well as the # of Jobs or residence and lot size. Lot looks great though.

I don't know about this lot , the idea is great but it's very hard to make out the words and logo. If this lot wasn't labeled starbucks i never would of guessed by looking at it what it was.

Great model. The only thing that bothers me is that the wall doesnt seem to go above the roof at all. Its good that you didnt make it growable. If you did they would pop up everywhere then slowly start to close becsue they couldnt all be managed.

Not as good as your other two starbucks, but it is good. I would like to see a nicer-looking logo though.

The logo looks a lot better in the game. The photo was just messed up or something.
