Very nice, now my cities will be more green :-D But why i can see only the trees and not the sidewalk too? Maybe i need one of the optional downloads, wright? Anyway, great job :-D

Your description says "To install . simply place the .dat into your \My Documents\SimCity 4\Plugins\Network Addon Mod\Plugins folder" I've looked, but I only have a \My Documents\SimCity 4\Plugins\ folder and it is empty of the Network Addon Mod\Plugins part. Am I looking in the right place?

This upload is just cosmetic for these curves which are in the NAM - Network Addon Mod. You can find the latest version by clicking on the Mods and Downloads tab on Simtropolis.

Yes , these are just "cosmetic upgrades" that visually overwrite the textures that are realeased with the NAM, and add lights and trees via Type 21 exemplars(T-21) Anyone who has some ideas on how I can make this mod better can comment in this thread https://www.simtropolis.com/forum/messageview.cfm?catid=41&threadid=105179

why I can not see the sidewalk?

I have the same problem. I haven't used the wide angle avenue curves since I installed the NAM 2011 update. Today I went to use these curves and they work just the sidewalk isn't appearing anymore.

I'm very lost with all the mods I have installed...

I have the italian terrain mod and the HD replacement for Maxis trees

One of them is making the trees in the curves look bizarre... 

Another thing is: I remember I had sidewalks on my curved avenues. Does this mod remove the sidewalks so I have to download some of the sidewalk mods listed as optionals?
