The aforementioned T-21 sidewalked curve mod was created by Catpunch and Moonlinght. It is a very impressive mod that has all of the WRC,FAR,and Street curves covered. It's setup is slightly confusing,as you can opt to have sidewalks that "Follow the curve" (Type-A)or "Blocky"(zzzOverall)like my mods Being a T-21 mod,it is setup to closely mimic the Maxis networks in regards to wealth dependant triggers. I was attempting to create a Addon or even a standalone for the NWM curves, but all of my atempts to make the sidewalks "Curve the curve" have failed. http://hide-inoki.com/bbs/archives/sc4_0803.html&view=previous&sid=759ddfe5b77f84dd94ce5b9f18e10cb4 I would change the downloaded name to something like WRC_Sidewalk or similar as they have a few cosmetic mods and all are the same name. -

Looks like you are using his default group...is this for a model?If this is not the intent , you need to change it by altering Groupid.txt (the same goes for instRange.txt) Also, basically the way the tool works (or how I use it) is whatever png id is what I want the FSH id to be, so I name them , then when running program , click on each individual png line and select what ever FSH creation method (no transparency , etc.) The exception report usually happens to me if I try to do a set , save .dat , then try to load another set to convert. The tool is very stable and works well. Jayson

If you are wanting curved roads , then yes my mods will allow for you to have "sidewalks". If what you are looking for is a curved Street sidewalk mod...sorry as of right now there isn't one. And if what you are asking is to be able to drag a street off of any part besides the start/end of the curves...sorry NO mod will allow for that! Also, my mods are not wealth dependant (do not change with whatever zones wealth they touch) , meaning you will need to decide which texture you want to use and choose the associated sidewalk mod for the rest of the roads / ave..etc. Now, if you are building a metro city , my No Grass Mod accompanied by the dowloads listed in that readme, will allow you to have one sidewalk texture for all of the basic and NAM road/ave/street/oneway road , including diaganals, regardless of wealth. Actually , they can. What you will need to do is , with an empty plugins folder (except for the model you want to change) and use Plugin manager.Then you can drag the model to whatever you are looking for. The properties xml file is somewhat important as it allows you to see what each part of the exemplar is...without it most say unknown. LEprop may prove to be a better alternative to you and I apologize for not recommending it sooner. With that , you should be able to create the appropriate info as well as easily mod for other things , IE making police stations, schools , etc. I dont use it as much as reader , but every so often I do use it. Yeah, I know that the .dat etc...are just container files, just was not into modding back when everyone was still actively working to decode the exemplars,etc. I guess that the question was rather odd...the main thought was tif this meant that an exemplar inside of a dat could have a date stamp for when adding other exemplars/FSH so one could quickly ID any changes when modding (I could use that from time to time with some of my T-21 modding) kinda like how the Rul files have a changelog. This is a part of understanding how the file structure that I have not seen much info since alot was done by yourself, Ilive and Tropod and in that time , alot of info has either been burried deep in ST or is gone! One question though since you and Coego are working with some of the same files: One great addition to functions within Reader or Datgen or for that matter , Coegos Model tweaker app would be the ability to manipulate a S3d by moving it freestyle , and not relying on adjusting vertices etc. Is that a possibility?
