Nexis Grand Central Park 1.0

To get the water dats, open his pond kit in the reader, scroll to the FSH files, hold shift and click on five of them (note- there are five zoom levels for each texture - so you need 5 for each). Then right click, click on copy, paste in a blank DAT and save that one.

I'm afraid I cannot locate Pegs Water dats or the bldgprop v1 & 2. If you can PM the links I would appreciate it very much. Thanks for a wonderful Lot. Was wondering when someone will come up with one. A Botanical Garden next?

Looks very cool. Thanks for making this lot.. instead of 'pasting' together a bunch of disconnected parks, I can just use this for an even better visual effect. You get 10 from me.

I downloaded it: It is excellent, just a little big for me. The visual effects are very beautiful also, in particular with the kites :) I give this lot an 9 ;)

You should include the water dats in the download and not make us search for it, would be more convenient. I'll give it a 7 because of that.

Too big and too much of a hassle. I'm disappointed, because it looks nice, but don't want to deal with diss and dat.

Can you be more specific about which of Pegs water dats to use. There seems to be a few.

An excellent park... though took awhile to find the right prop for the pond textures to show up (just do a searh for BSC PEG Texture Pack Vol 01 from STEX).

@koldkrush and others having problems. The download description has been updated to point to the necessary dependencies for the lot to function. If you already have the Buildings as Props files (from Maxis), then you probably only need the BSC MEGA Textures Pack Vol.1.
