Here is my second Christmas treat for everyone here at the STEX, the 308m tall Jackson Tower. This project has been in production for about a week now and was based similarly on another Dubai tower around the Dubai Mall. This tower when completed in 2009 will be another addition to the new Marina development complex in the city of New Austin. The tower itself serves as a luxury 5star hotel resort overlooking the marina and surrounding bay area. The tower also provides 5600 CS$$$ jobs.

Anyway hope that you all like this new project of mine and have a very merry Christmas and a happy new year.

very nice!!!! I couldn't find the second dependency so I used the lot editor and removed the trees and some other props and used some of the props from dependency packs I already have. I did this for my private use only so don't worry about me uploading it anywhere. I gave you a 5 out of 5

I have to say, this is one of my "all star" building. Its one of the nicest buldings Ive seen in SC4.
