I apologize for empty LOT, I just had no idea what should be there. I would make that "base" building and even more details, but gmax's was killing my PC. Someday I will model that base and add to the tower. If I will want someone to "touch up" the building, I will ask. And to certain people: if you don't like the bat, nobody is forcing you to download it, but stop talking about locks. Thank You for all comments :)

on my game it says "custom ploppable" how can I change that?

it looks a whole lot better than my first - and only B.A.T. , I am not trying to download more plugins - but I must say: this is irresistible. oh - and you have to use "darker than you want" textures in the gmax. this is because exporting it to an sc4model file lightens up the textures a bit. but I think the textures are perfect anyway. this is a truly great building.
