Very good scaling the size in relation to its surroundings. I like how you converted the parking lot into an outdoor seating arrangement. Perhaps instead of the bench in the very middle, it could be replaced with a fountain or bonfire?

Thank you so much for doing this Beaux-Arts train station in Detroit. However this building is slated for demolish in the coming years (once again Detroit is destroying their city). Can you do more train stations and other Beaux-Arts buildings? For example Union Station in Washington, D.C. and the Flat Iron building in New York City? Anything done by Daniel Burnham would be absolutely fantastic and I know you would do a stellar job at it.

Perhaps even have different styles such as instead of having a tree in the center of the park, you could have a circular fountain or memorial/person statue. Think Dupont Circle and Logan's Circle in Washington, D.C.

This is a fantastic design of an urban square/park, however, I would suggest forming the pathways to connect to the core of the park diagonally, rather than what you have now as from the sides, rather than the corners of the lot. Overall, this is a great example of superior urban squares/parks that is found on Simtropolis Exchange

This is a fantastic add, but can you make the squares with more symmetrical trees and tree line the the circle? Other than that, fantastic work. Maybe build Dupont Circle and Logan's Circle in Washington, D.C.?

Lose the parking lot and increase the Beaux Arts style of architecture on the building.
