About time the STEX saw a bit of Sheffield. I bring you the Sheffield Arts Tower. Part of the University of Sheffield, the Arts Tower is a 20 floor modernist building completed in 1965 inspired by the Seagram Building in New York.

The Arts Tower is currently the tallest building in Sheffield, and is to be surpassed by the City Lofts Tower which is currently under construction.

 


The three lots contained in the Zip are as follows:

Ploppable: 2x3 CO$$$ 1200

Growable: 2x3 CO$$$ 1200

Education: 2x3 5000 College Students

Coming from Sheffield it was a surprise to see this here! especially seeing when this lot was made too. Defintely some Sheffield such as the City Hall is needed *:yes:
