Nice building, but the lot is really empty. Some parking lot lamps and cars would spice it up.

Nice BAT but your lot could go for some inprovement. I`d suggest adding some dumpsters, cars, lights and plants. Sorry if you think I`m rating meanly but 7 out of 10.

This is a fine creation. However, it seems to have an "abandoned" sort of feel, since it is empty. On the other hand, I have seen many abandoned shopping centers, so I may have a good use for this BAT.

The BAT looks really nice. I like the roof junk and weathered roof. I think you captured the look of a strip mall very well. The lot could be better but is satisfactory to me, I will download.

Nice idea; always can use some new strip malls but the parking lot is way too big. Space is a premium in SimCity. Also, a few cars in the parking lot would be beneficial. 7/10

Looks great. I agree with the lights in the parking lot, and if this was functional plopable I would get it for sure. I wish there was more of these strip mall type lots.

I actually like the emptiness of the lot - not sure why, I just do! One suggestion though - maybe you could add a close-up picture of the building. Looking forward to trying this out in my city. :)

Very nice BAT. The parking lot could be a lot smaller, compared to other lots it has the same amout of space as a big shopping ctr. Just one double row of parking would have been enough and would look less empty also.

What's there is perfect! I like it a lot! I also really like the design of it, in making a mall that was never intended to be anything flashy or impressive, just a plain old box with stores in. I do agree with others though, some small touches would have spruced this up. Tagging and dumpsters in the back and other touches would make this look more "lived in." 9/10

I think it's perfect. Not every strip mall gets a lot of business. In fact, most of them look like this most of the day; the only cars in the parking lot belong to employees. The parking texture is awesome, and for those who want more stuff, there's always Lot Editor

Wow so many kind and constructive comments! Again, I would download this one if it is something functional, and I say reduce its size with less parking spots, and will really make this a 85-90% rated bat! Looking forward to your next upload!

the economy is kinda bad so i think thats why theres kinda a empty lot...but its perfect tho!!

Wow, that lot is immense. If it were one person per car, you still couldn't fit all those people in those little shops! Good model, just dial the lot size down...
