Great work! Great for NYC-style CJ's. Nightlighting is good, but could be better. As for the roof, the texture is okay, but the roof junk is awesome! Very detailed, looks like you put a lot of good work into this. 9/10

A solid buildingmodel with a lot of detail but the roof texture needed some work. Its way too dark.

It's not half bad, but you may want to take a look at real buildings though. Residential building of such thickness is very unlikely.

Nice, I'd like to download it, BUT... I have a problem with the roof texture; its too large, it needs to be less defined. Other than that, fantastic detailing and night lighting. I'd love this buidling in my cities. Ill save a rating till then, but for now great job!
