I agree the nightlights are what distinguishes Ill Tonkso's work, but is it just me, or is that roof sloppily done? Also this just cannot hold 500 CS$$$ jobs. I know just a minor thing, bu it just does not measure up to Maxis CS job ratio and those from the rest of the STEX like the Adlon Kempinski with only 100 jobs. Hope these details will be considered on your next upload.

Excellent pure class. Would you consider doing some Liverpool buildings, such as the Beetham Towers, Silkhouse Court, Albert Dock?

...The roof should have a bit more "junk" but the Building is pretty awesome 9/10

yeah i like this one, very much, it is hard to find CS building in this game.

 

I am bulding the Houston Galleria mall to satisfy my CS needs but meanwhile I'll sure to use yours.
