very impressive, excellent work!

The building looks beautiful and the nightlights are masterfully done. The lot that the building is sitting on though, looks like it may need a little work. The grounds surrounding the building, looks like a myriad of triangles and other shapes haphazardly placed, to create a plaza and grass effect. Simply put, the building is too attractive for the lot. Regardless of the lot, this is one of the most well detailed buildings I have seen. 9/10

I love the building, but I don't think the base turned out all that good. I can see the look you are going for with the base, but I don't think you managed to pull it off and its ended up looking rather a mess. I would much appreciate it if you would consider rendering a version of this building without the BATted lot. 9/10

that is not the lot, it's the model, even the base is modeled. I personally don't mind it, it's supposed to look different, minimalist even, and i actually think it looks good, quite a lot of new buildings have such "strange bases"

Excellent building but the base looks crap and you should have refrained from batting that part. Now the building is completely lost for lot builders. A missed opportunity.

I know the base/lot is a matter of choice... I personally sort of like it. I do admit it may be not the ideal, but I decided to release it as is instead of spending another couple of months fine-tuning it. And yes it isn't really a lot, it has be BATed to get lighting to work the way I needed.

I did spend time on this one in order to fine-tune lighting hue, to get BATed parts to look as in-game stuff as possible, and am rather pleased with the result. But fear not, all ye lot haters :-) There is a version without the lot - just the tower. It is fully exported already and I'm gonna send it to TWreks for LOTing. I can upload it here as well so you people can try to lot it yourselves. zwabberaar: that is you "expert" opinion?

PS. "LOT" has to be seen in game with Zoom5 before judged though... and yes it is very much in line with the way I want it to look like.
