I tend to download almost everything to increase variety of buildings in my cities, but I still can't stop these from overgrowing. I have to refrain from zoning 1x2 these days, but it also kill the chances of the other 1x2 from other batters if I do that. I need to stop downloading your stuff, but I will still give a 10/10! I hope there are variety in lot size other than 1x1. Maybe give a 1x3, or 3x1, or 2x1.

Oops, I do not mean 1x1, I mean create lot size variety other than overdoing 1x2. Sorry.

Attention! The fire escape prop model in this download has the same IID as the building model in this MP Parking Garage.

Solution: manual change of the prop IID to a new one with iLive's Reader! If you install the MP Parking Garage as well, this model will show up on top of this building. Looks kinda funky! :)
