This is Amazing. I downloaded it the other day and put it in one of my towns. It is the best industrial building I have in my game. Perfect 10/10

The model looks great! The attention to detail is fantastic and rivals any in game industrial structure. My only criticism would be to scale it down some, maybe 1/3 to 1/2 size. Looking at the roads and the trailers parked on the lot, the building looks a little over sized.
