An art-deco industrial building. The design was inspired by a factory in Berkeley, California. This was actually one of my first BATs, but I somehow never uploaded it to Simtropolis.

Warning! This is presented "as is"; Some of the stats may be a little funky. This building may have a bug which causes it to produce zero tax revenue, but I have no way to check for sure. I haven't had any problems personally, but if you really care about everything being perfect you may want to edit the .desc file.
