About This File

64th Avenue Building by SimRabbit

Located on 6th Avenue, Downtown, this building houses the Archae & Sons Law Firm. I made this building on 3ds Max with reflections, cool nightlights (omnis) and that kind of stuff, but I couldn't render it so my only option was to render it through Gmax. I will hopefully get 3ds Max to render my BATs  soon and I will re-render this building and update this file ;)

I can see you used the NDEX nightlighting textures (no duh!), I recognize them from NDEX's nightlighting pack. Very nice job, can't wait for you other stuff too! 10/10:D

um....am i missing somthing here? the model is fantastic, but the textures/nightlights aren't that good. I understand your problem with 3ds though, and i bet it would look better there, so i wont rate.

You have the right bones, but the skin is all wrong. I love the overall form, height, colors, but the textures dont do it for me. I'd like to see the roof of the base as solid, not glass; it seems unrealistic to me. And the nightlighting is smudgy, which I find odd. You're almost there, but keep going!! It will be fantastic once the kniks are worked out. See if there's someone else here who can help out with these kinds of things. I'll refrain from rating, but its a great beginning

The NDEX nightlights don't look good on the building. The glass looks good, but the white makes it look bright.

I will also refrain from rating, but as a first start, this is as awesome as it gets. The design of the structure is excellent, so I look forward to an improved version later on! =)
