The BAT is good, but could also use improvement. Also, I'd try to knock the price back a bit (110,000 for a small hotel is a bit extreme when you think about it). Overall good, though! 6/10-good work

still id i have to agree start a bat thread so you can get feed back before upload.... Not bad, getting better but still i would work on it some more before uploading and you should also have LE PRop to change cost of items IE plop cost that would help out alot....

It's a very good model, but the textures and the lack of nightlighting let it down a little. As Yoshiisland said, 110,000 is far to much to pay for a small hotel. You are well on your way though, as this is a very good model

I like the art deco style of it, but it could definatly use some touch ups and take that extra step to perfection. This is what seperates a good bat from a great bat. You have the talent for it so all you need now is to give it quality. Good work but could have been better. 6/10 (maybe start a bat thread, this is always a great idea?)

Yeah, that looks like something in Miami. If any one has played GTA Vice City, this resembles their quality of work. I mean, I know a lot of people say this needs improovement, but it looks better here, than it does in that game. Thats like telling the guys at Rockstar, they need to do better, because they don't make their buildings 100 percent real.

textures need a lot of work - night lights are easy - just read the nightlight part of the 'BAT Essentials' article in the omnibus

I've always wished someone would make the Miami Beach hotels, please keep it up and you'll improve along the way, everybody wins!

This hotel is a great addition to the South Beach inspired buildings I'm seeing. Adding jobs and other specs will greatly improve it's desirability, and finessing the textures would help too. Keep up the good work. Looking forward to seeing more Art Deco/ Streamline Moderne buildings! And one more suggestion, more lush tropical plants/ out door dining and less parking lot ;)
