There's something I want to ask about your buildings without causing offence. Why is it that none of the building's interior lights up at night? And for this one, where does that light come from?

Hey guys.. umm... kinda a stupid question for ya (I'm a novice with BATS, etc but love the game)... with BAT files, what folder do you put them in once you've downloaded them? The same 'plugins' folder where .dat files go as well? Thanks!!

I'm actually with patriots on this I really don't see what you all have against the textures, they seem fine to me and the building's perfect for coastal downtowns. Once I get the machine I play on up and running (tommorow or Friday) I will for sure be downloading!10/10 ;)

yoshii-what they cant see is that this was designed for the community, not there city which may be based on buildings of a different color.

Nice work. Don't listen to a lot of the comments criticizing the texture or the night lighting etc. It's sad but many simply have no idea how much time and effort creating something of this calibre and this level of detail takes.

the building itself is beautiful, I like the lighting effect at night a lot. My only real criticism is the lot that it's on. It's too small for this building and there is nothing realistic about it, very plain. Maybe a driveway leading to an underground parking structure and some other elements would be nice. overall great building though 8/10.
