You are a true Civic Bat treasure! I like most of your BATs very much , mostly because of the style , size and architecture - your BATs fit in all tile sets either if its american , european or asian, they are like a puzzle pieces that make the city complete. I wish you luck for the future releases(hopefully)...

Great BAT, no doubt, I love the textures, just wonderful! If I ever go back to BATting, I want that roof texture please......lol. That texture is stunning.

mrbison: It's actually a roof texture I made for my Kensington Place bat. People liked it so I posted it in my bat thread for whoever wanted to use it (been noticing it popping up here and there). So if you want it go to page 14 of my thread, no credit required.

Excellent, a mid level hospital, thats not a clinic. Kinda like the Rural Hospitals sometimes found in Indiana here.

Absolutely stunning. This is just the thing I've been waiting for! More people around here need to make simpler buildings that blend into cities nicely. Very well done!
