Cs$_4x2 growable, 40 jobs, bulldoze: 100, growth stage: 1, low/medium/high density commercial zone. LM4x2 with 40 Cs$ jobs, build: 1000, bulldoze: 100.  The idea for this BAT came from a garage in GTA SA.

Nice work!! It just look like the one in GTA SA in many ways already. However, the part which is located in the west of this gas station ( the garage used to save the car ) is missing.
