About This File

Do you think the way buildings look when they abandon, is boring? No holes, boarded up windows or anything?

Just a boring basic black/dark overlay?

Well I thought so, and I made one abandoned one, with a fun Half-Life 2 theme! It's a pity alot of the details got lost in the render though... Stupid BAT....

Stats: Neutral, does neither have YIMBY or NIMBY effects, every mayor or city affecting effect at 0, but with a custom query.

No point in making this a growable, because, first of all it has a huge hole in the back, and it is really crummy, not even low wealth sims would live in that hellhole...

And yes it does have nightlights.

Dependencies:

Glenni prop pack
(Although, it is included, if you already have it, don't download)

BATting:

Glenni

Lotting:

Glenni

Modding:

Fukuda

Enjoy!

I think it looks too good and too safe. It does not seem to have been any fire in the building and also the street facade is not bad enough. I think you should add piles of plaster, bricks and roof tiles that has fallen down on the street and caused accidents.

The city would be required to clean up the sidewalks due to liabilty issues so no need to add "crap" there. I also feel most abandoned buildings that are involved in a fire are left to burn to the ground so it's easier to rebuild. I feel you did a SPLENDID job! Bravo!

It HAS Nitelites?...lol....some squatters in there? Hey, no kidding....I LOVE this, anymore to come? That would really make a great collection for the game and bring realism to some dark sides of a city. Textures are fantastic and the BAT is great. Next one needs a high boardfence around it and a caved in roofpart....lol. Great job, Glenni, I will keep an eye on you now!

Hmm...a little too classy for the South Bronx, but maybe East New York... Great building, Glenni! Love the caved-in roof. Nice. Thank you! This can be the start of my "Block of Board-Ups" project.
