thank you for these 2 beautiful buildings   looking very good in game day & night   grow well too  nice addition to the very limited collection of this style which will aid in recreating older East Coast US towns

Nice R$$! Looking much closer to R$$$ than the typical ones. Great quality too!

First question: why is it called federal? Is it because the US feds built those buildings? I'm not that great on any specific western history.

Second: may I request the dark nite version too?
